mmmmmm Ice Cream
I'm taking an online SLIS class called High Tech Learning. For my latest assignment, I was to create a video project where I was to learn something new. Check out my wiki on making pumpkin spice ice cream and be prepared to crave something sweet.
i really didn't think we'd find an ice cream ball but we did- on clearance! just like you said. we haven't used it yet, but I'm sure we will soon if I know gloria and her love for all things sweet.
j: as a matter of fact, YES! There are beer ice cream recipes. I'll email you some links, but you can simply Google [beer "ice cream"] and find tons! I'm especially intrigued by Emeril's recipe for Guinness Ice Cream with Dark Chocolate-Honey Sauce on the Food Network site.
